A farmhouse style beer fermented with a blend of wild yeast strains and then transferred to wine barrels for 6 months, during which time peach and apricot are added triggering a secondary fermentation. More than 180 lbs of peaches and apricots have gone into this beer to create a complex farmhouse flavor with subtle notes of orchard fruits.
