This is our CollabALEration brewed with Dogfish Head. We sourced everything local that we could, beach plums from the lower shore of DE provide a nice sweet flavor, the chocolate-rye from our farmer in Snow Hill adds roastiness, all of which balance the sour from our own housemade strain of lactobacillus.
