Bottle-conditioned with original yeast. 23 EBC 35,6 EBU O.G. 1.058. F.G. 1014 Red-brown beer with a creamy beige foam. Complex nose, nutmeg, exotic woods, spices, flowers and nice hops are there to make your nose go crazy. Taste is medium dry with cognac accents. There is a bitterish touch of bitter nutpeel, cardamom, wood and a touch of honey to give it a mildish flair and for sure a great dose of citrusy hops.
