Hopbacca is the latest to be introduced to our cask line. An American style I.P.A. hopped with Summit, Ahtanum, and Columbus, this beer brags about its 101 IBUs. Citrus and mint flavors throughout the beer combine with a similar aroma to give Hopbacca its "chewy" effect. This is not a beer for the weak when it comes to hoppy goodness!
