This ale is as frisky as its namesake Cedric, patriarch of the St. Bernards who shared Biltmore House with the Vanderbilts. High quality grain and English variety hops give our full-bodied ale a delicate straw color with malt and fruit aromas. Less bitter than most pale ales, yet it still retains the characteristic lingering hop finish.
