True South’s winter seasonal, this is a take on strong Scotch Ales – but with a twist. A small amount of peat malt was included among the seven malts in the grain bill lending the beer a hint of peat smoke on the nose and ensuring that just as the rich, caramelly malt flavours have made their way across your palate, you’re hit with an aftertaste that’s like taking a puff on a fine cigar.
