Maibock’s are German-style lagers that are paler versions of bock beers and were brewed to be released in May, the early days of spring. Mybock Yourbock is copper in color with a rich malt backbone and very subtle hop flavor. A large percentage of dark Munich malt was added to German Pilsner to enhance the maltiness and give it an assertive flavor. It was fermented with with two types of German lager yeast to add another layer of complexity to this delicious beer.
