This is a darker take on our El Hefe made with Toasted Wheat Malt and a combination of darker malts. It was fermented with the same yeast as our El Hefe, so you get the yeasty banana/clove character. The result: It’s a Hazy deep Brown, rich chocolate and caramel malt character with hints of fruit/banana/clove.
