The NIBULATOR is a 6.83% Dopplebock that was tasty after brewing, but now after lagering for 2 months (the last few weeks on flavorful Ghanaian Cacao Nibs) it is incredibly smooth. The nibs add a mellow, bittersweet chocolate characteristic that enhances the rich, malty characteristics of this impressive beer. The NIBULATOR starts with a caramel sweetness and finishes with a chocolaty creaminess. There isn’t a hint of bitterness in this lager! This easy drinker pairs well with most deserts, contrasts spicy foods like a dream and is so smooth that it can stand alone as a strong session brew!
