Winter beer flavored Belgian-style with traditional spices. A wheat beer to which was added cardamom, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg and black pepper. Beer very dry and easy to drink, she barely leaves her forthcoming 6.9% alcohol. Cardamom dominates the picture but the mixture of other spices makes it complex and comforting.
