This will be the hoppiest beer to come out of Cismontane and maybe even all the OC. With over 3lbs per barrel of hops during brewing, the finished product came in at a whopping 140 IBU. Don’t worry too much about the hop punch because the 11.5% ABV should take the edge off. HA!

Dos Cone Es gets its name because it is a double “Dos” of the Coulter IPA, which is named after the largest pine “Cone” on earth and the “Es” simply is… Also, if you say it fast after having a few is sounds like “Dos cojones”.
