This light, refreshing beer is brewed with 35% malted millet, and dry hopped for additional flavor and aroma. Millet is mild flavored and has about 1/2 the available fermentable sugar that barley does, resulting in a low ABV beer that is soft, dry, and refreshing. Millet is also gluten free so let us know if we should try to develop a 100% millet beer.
