Common descriptors are Our Grand Cru is from our very first batch and has aged for two years in Olin Wines Zinfandel barrels. We added 110 lbs. of biodynamically grown figs, from Knoll Organics in Byron, CA. Brettanomyces and Lactobacillus were added which worked together with the local wild yeast present on the figs to sour this golden ale. We are proud to call this beer our Grand Cru. |
