A honey wheat ale blasted with Sorachi Ace hops throughout the boil then dry-hopped with a healthy dose of even more Ace hops near the end of fermentation. The lemony hops are the dominant factor in the beer, but the honey is added at the end of the boil to help balance it out with a nice sweet aroma. All the while, the unfiltered, full-bodied wheat helps bring this beer full circle. 6.5 percent ABV. 70 IBU.
