The Natural is a beer inspired by the Tour de France and Cadel Evans’ historic victory. The weeks of watching Cadel ride through the French countryside saw our thoughts turn to French country ales, yeast driven session strength beers of character. The Natural uses a unique and distinctive French Ale yeast that contributes mightily to the overall profile of the brew. Strong earthy, country aromas dominate with a light acidity on the palate followed by the driest of cracking dry finishes. High malted and unmalted wheat content, hazy, pale straw colour. Different, distinctive, unfiltered. Natural.
