An unfiltered wheat beer that employs some Asian ingredients in the brewing process as thai lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves and kaffir limes are used. The hop character of this beer is very light so the lemongrass and lime can be subtly recognized. The body of the beer is medium while finishing dry and crisp. A very unique wheat beer that pairs well with cuisine from SE Asia and refreshes the palate as the weather warms up. Chok Dee!
