This is the big sister beer to the Apocalypse IPA. We took the base of our flagship beer and increased it every which way; more hopse, more malt, more alcohol. It will deliver hop depth with contributions from Cascde, Centennial. Amarillo, Northern Brewer, Bravo and Zeus hops. The use of destrine in accompaniment with the malt gave us a nice malt blanket for the hops to ride on.
