A beer without hops? Our gruitbier hearkens back to an ancient tradition of using herbs and spices to flavor the brew, before hops became popular around the 15th century. Expect a nose full of spicy aromas, cinnamon and citrus dominant. The flavours are sweet and malty, with a lingering peppery finish.
