This sour wheat ale was specially crafted to be showcased at the Great Taste of the Midwest 2012. Wheat, barley, and honey make up the grist. Unpasteurized Wisconsin cranberries were added to induce a natural secondary fermentation, giving this sweet, tart, and effervescent dessert wine its unique wild character.
