At the BC we have a rotating Belgian Wit. We add various fruit(s) to the brewing process, depending on what is in season. This is a medium bodied wheat beer, with citrus notes and a slight tartness from the blood oranges that are added. We zest all the blood oranges by hand to add an aroma profile that complements to the taste of the blood oranges in the beer. This is a very labor intensive beer and we are happy to offer it when these amazing fruits are available to us.
