Scottish Strong Ale produced according to the best Scottish tradition, using a mixture of fine malts. Particular note is given by the use of roasted malts that give it a brown color, typical of the style, and an elegant aftertaste of liquorice and coffee. This "Wee Heavy" (as the Scots call it nicely), is full-bodied with a good alcohol content, excellent with cold cuts and cheese, or with a dessert of chocolate ....... we still drink the even alone!
