Our exclusive 15 American malt... Is "Wet Hooped" from fresh and local from Gateways Farm in Weston, MA. This bastard child has finally reared its ugly head. It is a Northwest styled Red IPA that provides a tang, sweetness and fresh aroma, which balances a very malty profile.
[note: I think this is different to the Mongrel already on the site - wet hopped with local hops, higher ABV, higher IBU, darker colour - had at Watch City on 26 Oct 2012. chriso]
