We have always, and will always, brew a beer that has balance. One doesn’t get that balance by chance. Each beer in our white label series is a culmination of many pilot brews (and quality control of course!) seeking that ultimate balance in whatever style we are targeting. So here it is fresh from our Brew Crew R&D – Cerberus, our Double India Pale Ale (IPA) ! You could call it Bird Dog’s big daddy - Double Dog? Naw, we reckon it’s triple dog worthy. Cerberus was (some of us will find out if he still is) the three headed dog keeping guard over the Underworld, a fitting name for this brew canine. Cerberus is crammed with beautiful U.S Simcoe, Centennial, and NZ Cascade hops and backed up with our trademark NZ Gladfield rich malts. The malts form that balanced base to back the hops up and of course the 8.1 % alcohol. Cerberus truly qualifies as an Emerson’s D.I.P.A Enjoy the Underworld ? The Brew Crew Original gravity: 1085 Alcohol : 8.1 % vol Malts : NZ Lager and Pale malts, Caramalts Hops : US Simcoe, US Centennial, NZ Cascade Yeast: Dunedin Ale
