Historically in the farmhouses of Belgian all saisons where dry hopped to add a grassy refreshing character to the ale. We added hops to the fermenter (dry hopping) in this saison with a heavy hand to create a spicy floral aroma complimenting the flavors of saison yeast.[This could be a dry-hopped version of another Wicked Weed saison, in which case this would be a candidate for aliasing.]
