Brewed for our B.F.F. Dave Bailey’s restaurants: Bailey’s Range in downtown St. Louis, Bridge, and Rooster. He makes a good burger, we make a good beer. What goes better with a hamburger (made from scratch using only 100% grass-fed Missouri range beef) than a local craft beer? That’s right, the answer’s in the question. Our Prairie Pils is an authentic all-malt pilsener-style lager. Clean and crisp with hints of husky cereal grains, black pepper, vanilla, honey, and a noble hoppy snap. Bittersweet in just the right way. Full of flavour, but leaves you room for fries and a milkshake.
