Ciste Dhubh was brewed especially for a customer who wanted a dark beer with a low abv. The subsequent product was named after one of the hills behind the Cluanie Inn in Glenshiel.
A beer dominated by a rich mixture of coloured malts which give a nutty/chocolate flavour lightly balanced with English Goldings hops. |
