Le Lacroix Pétillant is the incarnation of traditional cider. It uses only one variety of apples and it reveals all its aromatic magnitude. Ideal for a Black Velvet, the softness of the product and its lack of bitterness gives it a great personality. The southern orientation of the orchard in addition to a typical local microclimate in St-Joseph-du-Lac favors the cultivation of quality apples.
