A happy “accident”—Pils, Smoked, Cara Aroma, Victory and Caramel 20 malts, Columbus, Nugget, Northern Brewer and Cascade hops, fermented with a Kolsch yeast that somehow acquired some "friends” along the way, which resulted in a nice, light souring of the beer. Somewhat of a Flemish Red.
