The Meduz ‘Dorée’ is clear beer with a fine and stable white foam. It is a top fermentation beer at 5% alcohol, developing a quite original sweet nose of malt and aromatic hops. In the mouth it is soft and develops a sustainable and balanced bitterness. The Meduz ‘Dorée’ is less bitter than its big sister, the Meduz Blonde and has the characteristic body of a craft beer. The Meduz ‘Dorée’ is slightly spiced with bitter orange which gives it a uniquely powerful and delicate taste.  A top fermentation beer which contains 2 types of barley malts, two types of hops, bitter orange peels and will rest for six weeks before leaving the brewery.
