Cuvee Freddy is a blend of a sour ale aged on red grapes and the mano negra which is a belgian stout recipe. These 2 are blended together and then matured in 4 different style oak barrels coming from California, Oregon and Belgium for 12 months. Then those 4 barrels are blended. Bottle conditioned and unfiltered. |
