We took Paul’s love of big west coast IPA ’s and Chris’ pension for dry, yeast - driven Belgians and came up with this American-Belgo. Brewed with pilsner malt and Belgian candi sugar, fermented with the lively Bastogne yeast strain and indelicately hopped with Columbus, Centennial, Chinook, and Simcoe. |
