A unique double IPA (9,1% alc) with a curt bitterness (82 IBU) on taps as of today at McGill location to celebrate the 2500th brew of this restaurant! In addition to a massive dose of hops in the boiling tank (12 Kg for 500 L), hops is also added in the fermenter and the aging tank. The hops that we have used are: nugget, cascade, amarillo, centennial and mosaic. Only 1 tank! Come and taste now!
