Weve decided to have a play around with Tidy, our better-than-most bitter, as we like our beers hoppy; we will be racking around 15 9s only of this variant and it will be conditioned for a week (Tidy itself is casked straight from the fermenter) with an extra dose of aroma hops. If successful, this experiment will continue in the future with different hops until we find one which satisfies our lupulous tastebuds....
