Simply Red was the first red ale we brewed in the Brains Craft Brewery. Brewed with premium pale ale, Munich, crystal and cara red malts for colour, and hopped with a combination or Amarillo, Citra, Cascade, Summit and Centennial this dark copper red ale packs a powerful bitterness and a citrusy punch. |
