A fine mousse with delicate bubble. Color recalling the blond cornfields. On the nose, citrus, specifically grapefruit zest, white flowers, hay and a hint of acacia honey. On the palate, the freshness of a pink grapefruit which leaves room for the flavor of the grain, velvety just papering language and a slight bitter finish.
