A golden wheat beer in the traditional Bavarian style. 75% wheat malt and Spalt Select hops. Top-fermented to 5.6% ABV. Cloudy with yeast sediment in the bottle. Available in 750 ml bottles, 30 litre and 50 litre kegs.
Gentle wheat malt notes linger throughout. Rich aroma of banana and coriander develop the taste. Refreshing, lingering finish with some lemon citrus notes. |
