An ’Imperial Hoppy Porter’ aged in Ransom ’Old Tom’ Gin barrels. Big semisweet chocolate notes with a strong pine and mint focus to the hop and gin character. This is big on flavor, but drinks dangerously easy. As with all of our hoppy brews, this beer is not sour, showing a restrained wild character, and is best enjoyed young.
