82% Grape, 18% Honey wine
Made with our second harvest from our young, organic vineyard, this pyment is a field blend of our grapes combined with local, wildflower, raw and unfiltered honey to balance the high acidity of the grapes. Enjoy this complex, off-sweet wine slightly chilled. We hope our wines bring you the same enjoyment we’ve had in making them.
[ I discussed this with Marko. If this means 82% grape juice + 18% pure honey, then the fermentables from honey are slighlty more than 50% of the total, and I think the product is legit. Alex, May 2014 ]
