Inspired by the Belgian sour ales of West Flanders, Le Serpent Framboise has a distinctive acidity and complexity. It is brewed once a year in French oak barrels. Fresh Oregon raspberries are added in July. A mixed culture of "wild" organisms used for makes each batch truly unique. Le Serpent is hand bottled and available in very limited quantities.
