Common descriptors are You don’t see many "Pennine" milds these days! Rather than the more usual dark mild most are familiar with, these beers are golden in colour and showcase rich biscuity malt flavours. So, why the hell are we brewing one? Well, Gazza has a secret love for Pennine Milds (all milds, really) and has long wanted to make one but it’s taken him until now to work out the recipe which contains some unusual Belgian malts to give a luscious biscuity flavour.
