A true to form Belgian tripel fermented with a blend of Trappist yeasts. Brewed with Belgian Pilsner malt and candi sugars, this is a light but complex beer with yeast aromatics of pear and plum accompanied by a crisp dry finish. A deceptively drinkable beer, having too many of these will leave you needing a third leg to walk out of here.
