We took an English Barleywine inspired recipe, ran it through our coolship, then transferred into Caribbean Rum barrels for fermentation and aging. After well over a year, the result is a pronounced acidity and oak character balanced by a full body, mellow carbonation and caramel sweetness accentuated by the barrels. A slow sipping and full flavored dessert beer.
