French-style saison with black peppercorns and cayenne pepper. Its a love story, really. Man meets gator, gator tries to eat man, an kills gator and makes a bar top our of skin because, why not? That’s how the gator hater do, but really, no alligators were injured, murdered, or offended in the making of this beer. And the gator "skin" was probably picked up at a Jo-Ann fabric. It’s all good fun. The reality is that we brewed this beer in collaboration with a custom-built Heineman bar for a home in southern Louisiana. Both beer and bar were made with exquisite craftsmanship. Available at A Store Bayou.
