This cask ale is our Jinja Ninja’s Master as well, but as you’ll see includes extra elements that will round-house kick your senses... Composed of approximately 2/3 Jinja Ninja plus 1/3 Trepidation with the addition of lemon peel, this cask is a heavy hitter. Very complex flavors are highlighted by ginger and lemon... Very Asian-influenced. Almost tastes like a meal!
