A fruity beer, bursting with the flavours of Amarillo and Cascade hops.
Pael Gael is the latest attempt and it has been received very favourably. It has the strongest abv I have ever produced (5.6%) and is really packed with Amarillo and Cascade hops. Whilst I am very happy with it, there is still room for improvement. |
