This strong dark lager is brewed using Extra Special and Victory malts. The underlying biscuit flavor profile is complemented by minimal additions of domestically sourced hop varieties, with the exception of Fuggle (UK) hops. The mild bitterness of this double bock is meant simply to add balance to the natural sweetness.
