Tides of the Reef Room is our ever changing series of pale ales (low tide) and ipas (high tide). Each beer will highlight a certain hop, yeast, or treatment that will never be the same twice. Our first batch is an American Pale Ale. The malt characteristics are toned down and the northern brewer, colombus, and ek golding hops can shine through. This beer is aggressively dry hopped and has grassy initial flavor with a tropical fruit finish.
