E’una Ale, prodotta seguendo una metodologia inglese, ad alta fermentazione. La birra richiama il color oro e presenta un schiuma chiara e persistente. Al naso si sente l’aroma di agrumi, di frutti tropicali e di spezie calde. Il sapore è lungo, leggero e rinfrescante che richiama una nuova sorsata. A bicchiere vuoto, vi consigliamo di lasciar passare alcuni minuti e poi provare a godere del profumo di miele d’acacia che si sprigiona. La temperatura di servizio ideale è tra i 6° e gli 8°. E’ una birra beverina che si abbina agli antipasti, ai primi come uno spaghetto alle vongole ( poco o un nulla d’aglio), al pesce al vapore e ai formaggi freschi.
