Made with Riverbend Pilsner Malt, oats, wheat and honey malts, this Belgian Blonde is easy drinking without lacking flavor. Although this beer was not dry hopped, we used Saaz and Calypso hops in the whirlpool to give it that modern twist. Aged on Sevyal white grapes from North Carolina’s very own Calaboose Cellars. Subtle sweetness from the grapes combine with fruit notes of pear and apple, complimenting the sweetness from the malt profile.
