This is a no-frills Session-style Belgian Pale Ale. I had the idea of using our high gravity Abbey yeast in a mild ale, because of all the character this yeast provides with it's aroma and taste. The outcome provided a pleasant, highly phenolic sensation that comes throughout this easily drinkable beer. Any hop aroma is derived from those enjoyable Noble hops,called Saaz. I threw in the name to give some honor to the local history this town shares with being the manufacturer of a turn-of-the century famous bicycle, the Orient , made right down the street in the early 1900's.
